Her communication is brilliant and she checked in with us prior to the event, which was a lovely touch. She somehow manages to produce such intricate, beautiful designs in a very reasonable amount of time, which is perfect for a birthday party as it means there is hardly any waiting for the (very excited) children. We also found that she actively encouraged the children by letting them know what she could do/offer, this felt really respectful and great value.
